Nick Stillo is a second-generation real estate developer and the Principal and COO of ONE Urban Developments, a multi-disciplinary firm specializing in acquisition, development, and property management of mixed-use mid and high-rise projects in Barrie and Oakville. He began investing in single-family properties at a young age before scaling into commercial and residential development.
